Institutional Strength:


  • Proactive and visionary management.

  • Well qualified, experienced and dedicated staff.

  • Optimum state-of-art infrastructure with 13.31 acres of lush green land.

  • This is the only UGC granted institute in the Tehsil which runs UG and PG ; it is striving to cater the educational needs of students from diverse background in this mofussil area.

  • Because this is the only multi-faculty and well established college in the Tehsil so, there is a huge feeding of the students.

  • Greater average number of girls students than boys.

  • The college encompasses a large campus of 13.31 acres of land.

  • 03 UG Programs, 03 PG, 03 Ph D Research Centres.

  • At present, out of 36 full time faculty members, 22 faculty members are PhD holders while 12 faculty members are pursuing PhD.

  • There are 07 PhD Guides.

  • 05 faculty members on Board of Studies contributing to curriculum design and implementation.

  • 2 BOS members are Chairperson of their respective boards.

  • Well-equipped laboratories.

  • Enriched Library with ICT and Wi-Fi facility.

  • There is Teacher-Student-Guardian scheme in the college to sort out the problems of the students.

  • The college was accredited with 'B' grade in last Assessment by NAAC.


Institutional Weakness:


  1. Socially and financially poor background of the students

  2. limitations in appointing permanent staff due to Government policies.

  3. Inadequacy of specific UGC schemes.

  4. The college is yet to install biometric verification system for students

  5. Limited facility and opportunity in the curriculum design and development.


Institutional Opportunity:


  1. To create College Social Responsibility(CSR) funds at college for the development of financially deprived students.

  2. To build global competencies in rural students to face the world challenges.

  3. To introduce job oriented, skill development and self-employment courses and other emerging subjects.

  4. To introduce Post-Graduate program in Commerce and Science departments.

  5. To strengthen institute-industry linkage.

  6. To motivate for self employment opportunities.

  7. To carry out more research projects related to the need in the rural area.

  8. To establish linkage with various recourses and industries based on rural and agriculture occupations.

  9. To start PG in various subjects of Science, Arts & Commerce

Institutional Challenge:
